We are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual custom agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 7 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
If the product is incorrect or damaged, please send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or damaged.
In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product as per our return policy.
HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?
